What do you guys think of these pictures? I got the general idea from Design Aglow but decided to make my own set for a more unique look. Thoughts? I like the element of whimsy they have!

Ugh. The dreaded tax time. We all hate it. HATE. IT. If you’re like me, you just don’t have the time to do your own taxes, and it’s easier to get someone else to do it, right? Well, I’ve got a good recommendation for you….her name is Shannon Waken. She’s a CPA. She owns her own tax preparation business. She’s a good person. She’s easy on the eyes. What more could you ask for?
She stopped by the gallery today and I walked her through our personal and business taxes. Since both my husband and I own our own businesses, you can imagine that our tax situation isn’t exactly a walk in the park. She’s such a pro, she totally put me at ease.

For all of you brides-to-be out there, we have to rave about a vendor at one of our favorite weddings last year! New Leaf Florists did a great job at the Kotzur-Cole Wedding we shot last October.
Here’s a nice sample of their work…the flowers were amazing! The Skirvin reception hall was decorated exquisitely, largely due to the wonder flowers provided by New Leaf Florists. Brides…check them out!
Meet Icealyn. She’s a precious little baby who I had the pleasure of shooting a couple of weeks ago. She’s….adorable. I mean, seriously adorable. I shot her pictures for over 1.5 hours and she just kept smiling and giggling. We even let Mom and Dad join in at the end for a few snaps….such a great looking family! I love their portraits!
